VOGT electronic AG:
Local court of Passau approves appointment of three new members of the Supervisory Board
Pursuant to § 104, paragraph 1 of AktG (German Corporation Act) the new members of the Supervisory Board of VOGT electronic AG have been appointed by approval of the local court of Passau on 22 November 2006. By application of the Management Board and Chairman of the Supervisory Board submitted on 17 November 2006 Mess. Hans Fahr (Bachelor of Science), Andre Bour (Bachelor of Commerce) and Bernhard Herzig (Bachelor of Science) have been appointed as new members of the Supervisory Board and are replacing the former members Mr. Werner Folger, Mr. Peter Dennstedt and Dr. Hans-Joachim Wolff.

The newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board have industry experience of many years and an extensive market know how, especially of the automotive suppliers industry:
The Swiss Hans Fahr who was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IWKA AG until 2005 works currently as consultant and amongst others he is member of the Supervisory Board of Gerling Industrie Services AG and Vice President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Karlsruhe. Andre Bour is Managing Director of BERU EYQUEM SAS, Nanterre (France) and had formerly a leading position in Elring, supplier of the automotive industry. Bernhard Herzig was member of the Management Board of BERU AG for nine years and responsible for the devisions production and logistics. Since 2004 he is Managing Director of WEBER Hydraulik GmbH in Güglingen.
