Personnel changes in Management Board and Supervisory Board of
VOGT electronic AGAd hoc release according to § 15 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act)
Mrs. Larissa Vogel, member of the Management Board of VOGT electronic AG, will leave the company. Mrs. Vogel was responsible for the divisons Finance, Controlling, Group Accounting, Corporate Auditing, Legal Affairs and Risk Management. In addition she was leading the operating activities of the business unit EMS. Dr. Sturhahn will assume responsibility for these divisons temporarily.
Furthermore the members of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Werner Folger, Mr. Peter Dennstedt and Dr.-Ing. Hans-Joachim Wolff resigned.
Pursuant to § 104 of AktG (German Corporation Act) the newly elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Shigeyuki Yawata, and the Management Board of VOGT electronic AG will immediately apply for the appointment of new members of the Supervisory Board with the local court.
The Supervisory Board expressed its gratitude to Mrs. Larissa Vogel and the leaving members of the Supervisory Board for their contributions to the success of VOGT electronic AG.
