According to § 4g of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) the responsible data controller shall make the following notifications available in accordance with § 4 e sentence 1 no. 1 to 8 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

   According to the Articles of Association the purpose of VOGT electronic AG is to direct a group of companies which develop, evaluate, manufacture, sell and service electronic, electro technical and other technical products as well as software. Moreover, VOGT electronic AG holds and acquisitions participations, assumes the management activities and performs services for companies which develop, manufacture and sell the before mentioned products.
6. Description of the people involved and corresponding data/data categories
   Personal data of our employees and data of our customers and suppliers are recorded if this proves necessary to fulfil the tasks described under point 4.
7. Description of recipients/recipient categories to whom data might be disclosed/transferred
   In compliance with the law, the data may be made available to public authorities or, in accordance with section 11 of the German Federal Data Protection Act, to external contractors and institutions as well as internal departments of VOGT if this proves necessary to fulfil the tasks described under point 4
8. Deadlines for the erasure of data
   Basically all data will be erased after expiry of the legally established deadlines. For the rest, the data will be erased once it is no longer required for the tasks described under point 4.
9. Intended data transfer to third counties
   The transfer of personal data to third countries is not intended.
