The Management of VOGT electronic AG

is composed of the Management board and the Supervisory board.

The Supervisory board of VOGT electronic AG consists of six members. Two of them are representatives elected by the employees of the German VOGT electronic companies. The other four members of the supervisory board are representatives of the shareholders who were elected in the course of the regular shareholders’ meeting of VOGT electronic AG on May 7^th, 2004.
